    The beneficiary has access to services through our website and fulfills the requirements for obtaining a certificate of attendance for the course or training program, in electronic form.

The entry of the trainees to take advantage of the synchronous or asynchronous courses is through private data for each trainee (user name and password).
The entry of the trainees to the training sessions and their exit is recorded electronically.
Simultaneous attendance through virtual classes is considered equivalent to regular attendance.
Attendance is calculated by measuring its percentage to the total time of the training course, so that the attendance rate is not less than 75% of the hours scheduled for the course.
The percentage is the ruling to grant the trainee a certificate of attendance or not.
The number of trainees in the simultaneous virtual class does not exceed (25) students.

Upon registration of subscribers, registration on the site is done through the two-step verification system, which is done through a code that reaches the trainee via SMS on his own number and another code via the email registered with him, and this verification is done every time the trainee logs in to the site.
When students participate, their data is sent to the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, and the student may not obtain the certificate until his identity is verified

The center takes care of the trainees’ inquiries and sets specific policies to answer them as follows..

In simultaneous courses, direct communication during the course with the trainees and answering any inquiries for them through chat or direct talk.
In the simultaneous courses, special forums are set up through the center’s website, WhatsApp or Telegram for dialogue with the trainees and answering their inquiries by the coach and the center.
In the asynchronous sessions, the technical support responds to the questions through a number of channels (e-mail / WhatsApp / mobile messages / comments inside the session).

The center takes care of the trainee’s feedback as a means of measuring and mastering what he receives.

The following policy applies to in-person sessions, whether attendance is at the center’s headquarters, a hotel hall, or a live broadcast using virtual classroom technology:

Attending the entire course will give you a certificate
Attending the courses in virtual attendance is equivalent to regular attendance
The center has the right not to return the amount paid less than 10 days before the start of the course
The Center has the right not to return the paid amount after 3 days from the date of payment
At the start of the course, the trainee is not entitled to request a postponement of the course date
When the trainee wishes to postpone the course, he will be notified in a period of no less than 7 days, and the center has the right to request a fee of 50 riyals for the postponement
The trainee has the right to benefit from the amount paid and to postpone the course for a maximum of 6 months from the date of payment
If the trainee does not attend the first day of the course, the center will not be able to register the trainee in the system of the Saudi Technical and Vocational Training Corporation.
The course amount will be returned within 14 days from the date of cancellation using the same payment channel used to pay the amount, and the trainee is not entitled to demand the use of another payment channel or change the original payment channel information

Mechanism for measuring the satisfaction of beneficiaries (trainers – trainers) using the e-training style.

Since its establishment, the Center has been keen to put the quality of training face to face as one of its first goals, and to set standards and indicators for this, including the development of a questionnaire that measures the satisfaction of beneficiaries. With the aim of improving and developing the educational and training process in person and online.

Steps to prepare the questionnaire:

Determining the required objectives of the questionnaire, setting indicators that achieve the objectives, and then defining the data and information to be collected.
Convert goals into a set of closed and open-ended questions and inquiries
Test the questionnaire questions on a limited group of specific individuals to give their opinion, and in light of the observations we get, we modify the questions in a way that gives good feedback.
Design and write the questionnaire in its final form.

Examine the answers we get from the beneficiaries.
Statistical analysis of the data collected with the aim of extrapolating the reality.
Comparing the results with the indicators and standards required to determine the extent to which the desired goals have been achieved.

The institute uses systems in managing learning with trainees

The institute follows the executive rules and procedures of the private training regulations. Through the main portal of the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation and the Manar platform, the student can obtain his certificate by opening an account on the Manar platform to print the certificate. He also obtains a certificate from the institute in PDF or printed form, and it is attested by the General Organization for Technical and Vocational Training, if the trainee desires.

The institute offers face-to-face training and distance training.

In-person training – The center provides rooms for trainees inside the center equipped with the required learning devices to complete the training process, or through the training headquarters of the requesting entity, or through halls in hotels throughout the Kingdom.
E-training – The institute has its own educational platform, through which all kinds of courses can be implemented through live broadcast programs – Zoom or Microsoft Times. The platform also provides asynchronous (recorded) training while providing all requirements and standards to maintain the quality of the training process.

The center works to provide virtual classes as interactive training rooms that bring together the trainer and the trainees within the published and approved dates and scheduling. These virtual classes contain all the supporting and supportive means and documents that can be employed in favor of achieving the objectives of the training course and in line with the training content and effectively achieving the interactive and skill aspect. In addition, the virtual classes are consistent with the training plans of each program or training course, depending on the requirements for implementing each training course.

The virtual classes depend on mutual interactive self-learning between the trainees and between the trainees and the trainer. It also focuses on the internal (self) interaction by employing previous self-experiences and linking them in practice with the new experience gained during the training program presented.

From a technical point of view, the virtual classrooms in the center take into account the latest software and interactive platforms, and the trainee or the beneficiary can interact through all computer means and smart phones. And the ability to work on all types of screens for computers, tablets and mobile devices.
